FlamenKcmo will perform as part of the Art in the Loop/KC Streetcar Performance Series on Thursday, August 5, from 5-6:30 pm, in front of the lightwell building, 1100 Main St., near the KC Streetcar Metro, Stop at 12th & Main.

FlamenKcmo performs both traditional and cutting edge flamenco with guitarist Beau Bledsoe, singer Antonio Rojas and dancer Melinda Hedgecorth. FlamenKcmo is a flamenco music and dance trio with members from Sevilla, Spain and Kansas City who will present songs and movement about resiliency through love, faith and dedication to happiness. The joyful call of the singer, the accompanying tremolo of the guitar and the percussive release of the dancer are all affirmations of how to unite and move forward together.
